Happy Sunday! Sunday has started to become my favorite day because of this blog and I look forward to making something new in the kitchen. Unfortunately for this week, I have been sick so I don’t have a great meal to share with you for dinner, but I do have dessert! Who doesn’t love dessert and even better you can make it in 3 ingredients!
I had enough strength to try this cookie recipe I found on pinterest and even made enough to share with the family. They seemed to like them so I would say you all should give them a try. It is a little weird because it tastes like cake, but it is a cookie. It is good though, and it is super easy and quick to make. Below are the instructions.
1 rainbow chip cake mix
Mix the ingredients above together, roll into balls, place them on a baking sheet, and bake on 350 for 10-12 minutes. I was able to get 20 cookies out of this, but it would vary depending on how big you want them.
I don’t see why you can’t use any kind of cake mix, and I encourage you to try it out and then let me know how it goes.
