Grandma’s Pot Roast

Beef! It’s what’s for dinner!! So I am not really sure what you really call this or even the exact recipe. My dads grandma used to make it all the time. Recipe below!

Ingredients:

Eye of the round steak 

Carrots

Beef gravy

Directions:

1. Put Eye of the Round Steaks in an oven safe pan with the carrots.

2. Bake on 350 for an hour.

3. When it is getting close to done, pour the gravy in the pan and bake for the remainder of the time.


We ate ours with mashed potatoes. It was weird, but I have never eaten pot roast before so I don’t have anything to compare it too. It was good though.
