Berry Cobbler – Quick Weight Watchers Dessert

So after last week’s soup escapade, it was time to make something super easy so I could go out and get a sunburn. I accomplished the burn by the way. This recipe is super easy and if you are on Weight Watchers this one is for you. Recipe below!

Ingredients:

1 pound of berries (strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries)

1 box white cake mix

1 can Sprite

Directions:

1. Place berries at the bottom of your baking dish.

2. Pour the white cake mix on top of berries.

3. Pour can of Sprite over the cake mix. Do NOT mix the ingredients together.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 mins. It took 50 mins for mine to finish.



Sooooo good! Absolutely delicious and so easy to make. Basically my favorite kind of dessert. Very light and the berries are fresh.
