Chicken Pot Pies

We are all back to being busy and probably don’t have time to make a gourmet dinner every night. I have a very quick dinner recipe for you and it is perfect for winter. It only has 4 ingredients. Recipe below.

Ingredients:
1 can of Pillsbury® Grands!® Flaky Layers refrigerated biscuits
1 can of cream of chicken soup
2 cups of frozen mixed vegetables
1 can of cooked chicken
Directions:
1. Take each biscuit and flatten it into a muffin tin filling up the whole cup.
2. Combine cream of chicken, frozen vegetables, and cooked chicken into a bowl.
3. Scoop mix into each biscuit cup.
4. Bake on 375 for 20 minutes.

So easy and so fast to make. I used a ramekin instead of muffin tins and I was able to make 4 ramekins worth so they are a little bigger than the muffin tin idea. I also used leftover chicken from a rotisserie chicken. It was very delicious and very filling!
